Core Values

Worshipping the Lord

We value worship as our expression of love to the Lord for His saving grace in our lives.

Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His name; Bring an offering and come before Him; Worship the Lord in holy array. I Chronicles 16:29

Upholding the Word

We value the inspired Word as the foundation for all spiritual knowledge and wisdom as applied to our faith and practice.

All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.  II Timothy 3:16-17

Building Strong Families

We value the family unit by promoting and encouraging healthy, God-honoring relationships in our homes.

Give heed to yourself and keep your soul diligently, so that you do not forget the things which your eyes have seen and they do not depart from your heart all the days of your life; but make them known to your sons and grandsons.  Deuteronomy 4:9

Devoted to Prayer

We value prayer because it is an essential encounter with God, which aligns our will with His will.

Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving.  Colossians 4:2

Reaching the Lost

We value evangelism as our mission, as commanded by God, and it is an expression of our love and care for the lost.

Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I command you.  Matthew 28:19-20

Equipping the Saints

We value instruction and discipleship as the means of assisting every believer to grow toward spiritual maturity.

We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ. Colossians 1:28

Committed to Unity

We value unity, grace, and peace.  This is a witness and testimony to the world.

My prayer is not for them alone.  I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You.  May they also be in Us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.  I have given them the glory that You gave me, that they may be one as we are one – I in them and You in Me – so that they may be brought to complete unity.  Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as You have loved me. John 17:20-23
