"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.  Love the Lord our God, with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'  There is no commandment greater than these."   Mark 12:29-31

SUNDAY SCHOOL

We invite you to join us for Sunday School, Sundays at 8:45 am.

Classes for all ages:

Nursery - Birth to 24 months

Preschool - 2-5

Funshine Express Curriculum

Each Bible story is divided into 5 individual lessons that feature a Bible verse, prayer ideas, songs, games and story props.  Each offers a dynamic, hands on Bible based approach.

K-1st Grade

Gospel Light Curriculum

These units of study are built around a Bible personality or an event.  An in-depth Bible character study presents a picture of a real person and the way God works in his or her life.  Both positive characteristics to be followed and negative characteristics to be avoided are highlighted.  The exemplified qualities and values of Christian character and a close walk with God are taught and learned during the course of this study.

2-3rd Grade

David C. Cook - Bible in Life Curriculum

We focuses on four basic goals: connect, teach, apply, motivate. No matter where students are in their walk with Jesus, Bible-in-Life communicates the gospel with life-changing clarity and motivates them toward life application. Bible-in-Life follows Christ's model for making disciples. Weekly lessons guide Sunday school participants of all ages on a spiritual formation path the way Jesus led His students

4-5th Grade

Gospel Light Curriculum

These lessons are planned topically around large portions of Scripture for the purposes of immediate relevance in the lives of preteens and the promotion of inductive Bible study skills.

6-8th Grade

David C. Cook Curriculum

A four step Bible centered teaching approach that links each student's life experiences to the lesson focus, presents applicable Bible information, provides opportunities for students to practice using this information, and then encourages students to apply this information.

High School

The High School class is currently joining the Adults for Sunday School.

Adult Sunday School

The elders generally lead this class.  Lessons are Biblically based and dig deep into God's Word, helping us to become more Christ-like.
